You Meet the Nicest People on a Zero

“Nice bike! Where are you headed?” is how the solitude of solo travel is often interrupted. Traveling with an electric motorcycle like the Zero magnifies this effect, as most people have never seen such a thing. Taking a page from Honda, this series is called, “You Meet the Nicest People on a Zero” and features the interesting people I met on my cross country electric journey.

This is Officer Gene Cornyn of the San Francisco Police Department. I met him up on Twin Peaks. He was curious about the Zero DSR. I asked him if any were in the #SFPD yet and he didn't think so, and he wouldn't be opposed to trading in his police issue #HarleyDavidson for one. He rides a #Suzuki #DRZ for fun so the DSR would be right up his alley. When I told him that I'm writing a story about George A Wyman for RoadRUNNER Magazine, he said, "I get that magazine." Cool.
